Pilates Classes

Strengthen your body and mind by enrolling in our fitness classes. 

Sign up monthly and pay only $20! This gets you into any Pilates or Yoga class that we hold for the entire month. 

Pilates is a contemporary, full body system designed by the legendary physical trainer, Joseph Pilates. The midsection of our body is our powerhouse, and every exercise in Pilates involves strengthening our abdominals and promoting a healthy spine. Our core needs to have strength, flexibility, balance and the functionality to move well and properly.

Classes begin the week of September 28th.

Pilate Mat Classes- Wednesday, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

We are currently not holding any Yoga Classes. 

Bring your own mat, or use ours!!
